Our pasture-raised pork lard is rendered in small batches right here at Coyote Creek Farm. Made from our own pigs raised on our organic pasture and fed Coyote Creek soy-free, corn-free organic feed to ensure the highest quality fat.

Naturally stable and well-suited for high-heat cooking, lard has been a trusted kitchen staple for generations. It creates exceptionally flaky pie crusts, crispy fried foods, and tender baked goods, all with a clean, mild flavor.
