Please note: Coyote Creek Farm is only a pickup location for Jersey Barnyard raw milk orders. We do not produce, sell, or process raw milk, and we are not involved in ordering, billing, or setting the policies for the raw milk program.

The following information and fees are provided at the request of Jersey Barnyard.

Pickup Schedule

Jersey Barnyard deliveries arrive at Coyote Creek Farm every other Friday at 1PM.

• Pickup Day: Every other Friday
• Pickup Hours: 1:00–4:00 PM

If you are unable to arrive before 4:00 PM, your order will be placed in the freezers located in front of the office and may be picked up after hours at your convenience.

Annual Membership

• Annual Membership Fee: $45.00

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are required separately from your milk order, in accordance with Texas raw milk regulations.

• Gallons: $2.00 each
• Half Gallons: $1.00 each
• Other Items: $0.50 each
• Minimum delivery fee: $5.00 per order

Membership & Delivery Information

Your annual membership fee is due with your first order and will renew each year during the month you originally joined.

If you are not ready to become an annual member, a gratuity toward transportation costs is always appreciated.​ Delivery fees help cover the time required to coordinate orders, load products, and transport them to the pickup location. Larger orders require additional handling, which is reflected in the delivery fee schedule above.
